What Glen is

Glen helps you write, schedule, and measure Substack Notes: idea suggestions drawn from your own writing and highlights, a queue that publishes server-side, and analytics. You write your notes; nothing is published without your action.

Your account

You need a valid email and a Substack account you control. Keep your access to both secure. You may disconnect Glen from your Substack at any time; we don't keep credentials after you do.

Your content

Your notes, drafts, and captures are yours. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the product — including processing by our AI provider to generate your suggestions — and for nothing else. You can export your drafts and queue at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use Glen for spam, mass-engagement schemes, impersonation, or anything that violates Substack's own terms. We enforce human-cadence limits (spacing between posts) by design.

The honest risk disclosure

Substack has no official public API. Glen works through the same interfaces your browser uses; if Substack changes them, publishing may be interrupted. When that happens, your queued notes wait — they are not lost — and we tell you rather than failing silently. We can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not affiliated with or endorsed by Substack.

Billing

The service is currently in soft launch. When paid plans begin you'll see the price before you're charged, you can cancel anytime, and cancellation stops future charges immediately.

Liability

Glen is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Ending things

You can leave anytime; deleting your account deletes your data. We can suspend accounts that break these terms, and we'll say why.

Changes

If these terms change materially, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
